Delta Hydraulics announces new service agreement

14 May 2015

EAGLE FARM, QUEENSLAND - Delta Hydraulics and Superior Pak have announced a new service agreement, which will now see all telescopic cylinder models delivered directly to Superior Pak's manufacturing facilities in Tamworth, New South Wales and Bundaberg, Queensland, as well as its other service sites across Australia.

"Since the business has expanded, it just didn't make sense logistics wise to continue delivering the cylinders up to Queensland, and then having the dealer send them back interstate to our service centres and customerssays Rob Wrigley, Managing Director of Superior Pak.

"By doing it directly, it cuts the delivery times in half and reduces the costs."
According to John White, Managing Director of Delta Hydraulics, the decision makes complete sense for both companies.

"Superior Pak has been a longstanding client of ours and the partnership also aligns with our goals of continuing to support wholly-owned Australian enterprises. From our perspective, this new strategy will improve business efficiency," said White.

"We also know Superior Pak wants to strengthen its presence in the Tasmanian market and being a local establishment ourselves, we can certainly help them reach those objectives."
